Natural Size - How To Build Muscle Mass

I am a naturally small babe. I can eat 3000 calories a day for 3 months and still be lucky if I gain a few pounds. Being 5′ 2″ (5 feet 2 inches) tall and 125 lbs in the off-season and 107-114 pre-competition, AND inheriting the genetics of my mom and dad, it is REALLLLY difficult for me to gain weight. I guess I am what they call a “hard-gainer”.

Don’t let the picture of me at the top of this Blog on the right fool ya. I look bigger there than I really am in person.

Here I will start a thread where I simply ramble on about the bane of my dilemma and some of the methods I used to finally get up to 130 lbs. It doesn’t sound like a lot but in relative terms, it truly made me stand out from other lightweight women.
