Your host, Faith Sloan here…  Yes, I finally got around to creating my own blog on my own server. Of course I love the sport of bodybuilding but it truly comes in handy being a techno-nerd for 20 years.
I had such a marvelous time installing, configuring and customizing the WordPress Blog for my bodybuilding and fitness friends, that I almost had to fall down and roll on the floor laughing out loud! In any case, welcome everyone! Read some of my musings and feel free to register and post your comments as well. My goal is to update the blog daily so come back often. This will be an ongoing project for me so please pardon the dust. Yes, that is me in all my glory on the top right. What? You say it doesn’t look like the photo above? Well, I was told that I look much smaller in full-dress… I guess you can fool some of the people all of the time, eh? Many of you know me from my bodybuilding site. This will just be an extension of the same so feel free to visit there as well. Wow! 10 years and I’m still at it. What other bodybuilding resource can claim such a feat?
