i've been using EAS' Phosphagen powder for a tad over a month now. here's my report.
i'm 126lbs and 5'2" (still trying to get up to 130lbs. it's a long and difficult road)
now folks, correlation does not equal causation but here goes--
my max bench press prior to Phosphagen was 3 reps of 125lbs. Today it's 4 reps of 135lbs.
my max squat prior to Phosphagen was 6 reps of 165lbs. Today it's 8 reps of 185lbs.
wuz doing 100lbs for 8 reps for lat pulldowns. today, i'm doing 8 reps of 120lbs.
i feel stronger overall and am still 'relatively' lean. maybe this is all psychological or placebo-ish but who cares? whatever works!!
i also got bored with Next Nutrition's whey/glut protein powder and have switched to champion nutrition's metmax.
