to SAVE energy within the body while simultaneously
giving the cells the nutrients and building blocks they

In order
for us to exist in the physical realm as
individual beings, we must ingest, or consume organic
matter in our outer environment. We have to give our
body's cellular regeneration system (digestive) the
"fuel and building blocks" it needs to regenerate,
become stronger than ever, and manifest health
effortlessly. We need to work WITH the digestive system
and be fully aware of the cellular regeneration
process.
Your
digestive system takes macronutrients

regenerates a new body on a perpetual basis, keeping you

Understanding
Saving energy
means not putting strain on your

What do you

It has nothing else to do. All you have to do is be

Do you ever wonder why you
feel tired after a large meal? It is because your body

in order to do so. Once broken down, the muscles along
the digestive tract relax and contract, pushing the big
meal through all 23 feet of intestine. This energy
wasted can be used to oxidize excess fat, build muscle,
fight disease and keep you mentally at your sharpest and

What would require less
energy? Pushing a marble through a gardenhose or a golf
ball? This is the same concept as "storage" energy that
gets wasted when the system is backed up because it
can't process food as fast as you put it in. A BULGE
forms on the exterior. You get the picture.
Again, your
body will not stop you. It is adapting to
the environment you are creating. Its healing systems
are autonomous. It is YOUR job to wake up, be conscious
and work WITH your body's healing systems. Do this by
developing a 100% awareness of the environment you are
creating around your body (inner and outer) and notice
it is continually trying to find a balance in order to

The
Topical Environment
On the
skin we unconsciously, many times each

didn't go up in intensity at all,

Health doesn't
occur by accident. You won't reach the
age of 100 by chance or blind faith. You have to desire

Common Sense and Nutrition
Your body
adapts to its surrounding environment,

work out your muscles with weight resistance giving your

THE PLAN
By applying
some basic knowledge and some simple
daily actions, you can create an environment in which
optimal health is the result of your body's natural
adaptation process. Before I outline the steps to take,
keep in mind that the first three weeks will be the
toughest.
Liken
it to an airplane taking off. In the
beginning, there is a lot of friction to overcome. The
plane is big, heavy and it will take a lot of energy to
get it aloft. There are a lot of old habits in the way.
The plane has to go full throttle. You have to put
energy into learning new ideas, energy into making
certain choices (simple ones) throughout the day.
As the
plane starts to climb it is still going
full throttle, but it hasn't reached cruising altitude
yet. You are working out four days a week and you are
aware and making conscious efforts outside the gym since
you now understand your body is dynamic and constantly
adjusting and healing itself, adapting within its
existing environment. It is now in the momentum phase,
burning fat in order to strengthen and build muscle.
Now, once
the plane reaches cruising altitude, the
goal has been reached. The plane can now continue while
letting off on the throttle by 50 to 60% and it won't
slow down one bit! Your body now has less fat and more
muscle to move it around and since muscle requires
energy to exist, it will use its own body fat stores as
the energy source to maintain muscle tissue provided you
are giving your muscles building blocks it needs
throughout the day. These include protein, water,

If you
haven't done so yet, YOU MUST READ THESE
